Gaspari was created by tiny
I see Dischem recently stocks Gaspari Sizeon and Superpump250,both going for around R600/tub.Which i think is ridiculous, even though Gaspari products are 1 of the best around..I asked for samples of each, they say they dont keep any samples, which is stupid especially due to the fact that their stuff costs and arm and a leg..What do you guys think?

That is crazy man, what gives them the right to charge so much!!! At that price you could probably get a whole years worth of locally made pre and post workout boosters and still have some money left over for a couple of kilo's of whey... Pffft Dischem!

That shit gave me the runs quite babdly...only used one tub. The only other option if you have the cash is NO Xplode...there is a new one called NO Xplode NS...

Have you tried the muscle science version, I am sure its a bit cheaper?

You know my personal opinion, all these supplements are shit, take gear / take creatine / take glutamine and your vit (pack) and leave the rest of the shit alone... for the little it can help you 1 winstrol tablnet would do better.

If you need energy you doing something wrong, not getting enough sleep, eating bad food, when I walk into a gym I don't need no ephadrine no nothing, just the drive of letting go and pressing weights.

pump is right with the winnies and the eca will also do the trick but if you do want to stay off the juice the best no supplement ive used (including noxplode, xplode, supapump, ganic etc!) is gaspari's new plasma jet! its very very expensive but holy shit it blows everything else away!

I used NO-Xplode it worked well for me, got a good surge, but used muscle science EXTREME the shit made me loomy, i was yawning and it actually depleted my energy. but yet again not everything works for everyone.

I am still a fan of Optimal nutritions wheys nice taste and works ( if the budget can cover it haha ) and Universal. still looking for a cheaper sa brand that will give me the same results.

But i think pump has it the nail on the head with the gear is better hahaha. i am 2 weeks out and can really not wait anymore :silly:

Then i would say - eat properly, supplement from LSJ, Drink some espresso for a kick - or caffeine oills. Whatever.

Just boycott these expensive supp companies/retailers.
