Hi all.

Can someone please give me a totally unbiased opinion on the use of Glucose Powder vs Vitagro. Basically, I would like to take the Glucose Powder with my Post Workout Shake after administering Insulin.

Please compare the 2 products for me and if Vitagro is better please state a reason why?

Thanx Guys

Kraz I have been using Glucose powder from dis-chem in my post workout shakes for over a year now and I really find it works so well and is cost effective. I recently started using Vitargo and can say with confidence that my recovery time is much better. You notice the effects almost immediately. As for a comaprison with regards to insulin Im not very sure. Kevin might be able to advise you on that. Rather safe than sorry for the time being and until you get proper advice on it stick to Glucose/Dextrose powder with insulin shots as this is tried and trusted.

Kraz ,

Glucose powder will work perfectly. I just personally and in general with most users the Vitargo gives me that FULL muscle look , increase my pumps , and also I can take a lot of it in with out it affecting me. Lets say you take a 10IU shot of Slin your going to need to consume 100g Glucose or 100g Vitargo. 100g Vitargo goes in like a rocket and you can eat a solid meal with in and hour with ease. That much glucose makes me feel bloated and takes away my hunger for a good 2-3 hours which is not ideal post work out. You can get in a lot more when using Vitargo. I found with myself personally using the Juggernaut Vitargo I gain about 1kg in the first week. That due to the creapure as well as the Vitargo though. I love it!

Give it a shot let us know what you think.

I tend to agree with Kevin on that point. Glucose works great but in doses of 100grams + it does kill the appetite quite considerably. You can still eat with ease after consuming the same amount of Vitargo. Not everyone can afford Vitargo so to the guys out there that cant stick to the glucose or dextrose powder. At 20 per 500g box its hard to find better for your rand. However Vitargo in my opinion if consumed in 75-100g still works better.
