What are your (MxT, Kevin, Doctari) thoughts on creatine cycling, using 20g/day for 3 days and then 3 days OFF, 3 days on etc. Has there been any research using this method? After reading an article by Mario in an muscle evolution it does make sense, but is there any science to back it up, i havent had tome to do a pubmed.

But he is VERY knowledgeable on this subject and I am sure you will get the latest info on this from him.
