Is there any advantage to using Vit B during / post cycle?
if yes:

How should it be included?
How much?
How often?

Is any brand of B12 & B-complex ok?

I mix 1ml Vit B12 with 1ml complex , In take it like every 3rd day or so...

Would it be a waste of time to inject B12 once a week instead ofevery alternate day (or every 3 days)?

If not, how much would you inject each time?

well i think its got a short half life in the body bud,why not just pin eod, i do it with my test prop shots,it makes the prop go in smooth... but as soon as u hit the b12 part of the injection your muscle might spasm a bit hehe...mine does everytime!

There are various protocols you can use, 3 x per week, once per week and I think one more. I prefer the EOD myself. Dosages do differ. Let me just double check and will post the 3 protocols you can use, but they all run for 6 weeks.

@DJ, stick 0.5ml Xylotox in the same syringe as your prop and you will have no injection pain.

Do u need a perscription for xylotox or can u buy it straight from the pharmacy

Right, here you go.
Dosage: B-Co 1ml and B-12 2ml
Duration option 1: 6 Weeks, 1 shot per week
Duration option 2: 2 x per week, 3weeks
Duration option 3: 3 x per week for first week and then back to either option 1 or 2.

Option 3 is if you really feeling flat, it's a nice boost, but can get eina.

IMO, when starting a cycle, take option 3 in week one and then back to option 1 for the other 5 weeks.

Hi, I wonder if you can tell me what you think the better whey protein and meal replacement is on the market? Also what supplements would you prescribe when going on your first cycle?
