I'll have about 12weeks from this comp till the next one in august and I wana run a month free of stimulants and get me some ginseng to recover, looking around a bit for a nice combo with the LSJ product to aid me in workouts! ...just wana get m receptors up for ECA&clen for that 8 week stretch till comp.

Was thinking...
1,5hours before training:
Brutal Jack (natural test booster)
50g oats
30g raisins
1 banana
60g whey
8 amino caps

Pre-workout:
Beta-alanine(supplementsSA)
5g arginine
5g creatine
5g glutamine
5g bcaa

Intra-workout(mixed in 2l bottle):
30g dextrose
5g bcaa
5g glutamine
5g creatine
5g arginine
400mg chromium
400mg Alpha Lapoic Acid
1g HMB
1g Taurine

Post-workout:
70g dextrose
50g malto-dextrin
80g whey
5g creatine
10g glutamine
10g bcaa
5g arginine
Multi-Vit
1000mg Vit-C
EFA
8 amino caps
(Maybe add in 5g Cayenne Pepper for thermo and metabolism)

...Any ideas? This will be for a month offseason when my diet stays the same and these are the only carbs I'm adding...
...What about Vitargo? Dnt know anything about it!

Any advice would be much apreciated, shot a lot!

bro why are u not weighing out your chicken if u are going to the trouble of weighing your oats and raisins and steak and fillets etc...,there are quite a few things i would knock out your diet and add in more fats. potato i would get rid of,wheatbix and banana that would also go,there are better quality nutrients that from that, also why are u having simple carbs with breakfast?20-30g of raisin is ok but with the banana and wheatbix?na ah.i would rather see more oats as those are lower gi and more filling. i think your protein content is far to high for 77kgs,as well as too many carbs at the wrong time of the day with a lack of fats from healthy sources...do u find u hold alot of water during your offseason?i think personally that your meals arent really thought out,6 egg whites is only about 30g of protein...

Chicken is between 200g-250g as the packet is 700g and contain 3 chicken breast fillets!

*Why would you get rid of the potato? Complex carbs not?
*Simple carbs with breakfast as I'm doing cardio about an hour later! ...on non cardio days its only the whey and oats with a bit of raisins!
*One weetbix block is about 12g complex last time I checked?
*Any tips on the fats? Would apreciate it man!
*Why would my simple carbs be wrong? Pre-training meal? Or post-training shake? As I thought that about 70g dextrose gives a nice insulin spike?
*Yeah I do pick up a bit of a tire in offseason as I do force-feeding most of m meals! I picked up 16kg in 2 years and I'm leaner than I was when I started!
*The 30g from egg whites is post-training as I had a lot of whey just before hand!

Thanx for the reply bro, would like to hear what you have to say!

*Why would you get rid of the potato? Complex carbs not? to late in the day, u need to eat for what u are doing right now,if u are sitting on the couch keep to protein and fats,if u are gonna work out have carbs.
*Simple carbs with breakfast as I'm doing cardio about an hour later! ...on non cardio days its only the whey and oats with a bit of raisins!why are u have simples on non cardio days?if u are doing HIIT cardio thens fine to have them post work out, other than that wouldnt have them there.its all depending on the cardio u are doing. i would do LISS cardio pre breakfast as if the cardio is to intense it will force u into over training.
*One weetbix block is about 12g complex last time I checked?still think that i would rather have more oats than a crappy weetbix,i always look at food as if its not grown i dont eat it,and i dont see a weetbix tree growing out there....look in the list of ingredients, there are sugars in them.
*Any tips on the fats? Would apreciate it man!increase them
*Why would my simple carbs be wrong? Pre-training meal? Or post-training shake? As I thought that about 70g dextrose gives a nice insulin spike?a mixture of complex and simple carbs pre work out and simple carbs post is fine,i would honestly limit carbs to 3 times a day even in the off season, breakfast, pre and post work out... other than that u dont need carbs.
*Yeah I do pick up a bit of a tire in offseason as I do force-feeding most of m meals! I picked up 16kg in 2 years and I'm leaner than I was when I started!
*The 30g from egg whites is post-training as I had a lot of whey just before hand! but i would still sub that for a better protein source,i only suggest have 7-8 meals off season, u can have whey 3-4 of them and solid meals 3-4 of them, 3 meals contain carbs (1 of them with carbs and fats and protein) and then the other meals protein and fats.
