Chicken is between 200g-250g as the packet is 700g and contain 3 chicken breast fillets!is that 100% everytime? if u are getting out the scale, weigh the bloody breast to make sure u are 100% accurate
*Why would you get rid of the potato? Complex carbs not? to late in the day, u need to eat for what u are doing right now,if u are sitting on the couch keep to protein and fats,if u are gonna work out have carbs.
*Simple carbs with breakfast as I'm doing cardio about an hour later! ...on non cardio days its only the whey and oats with a bit of raisins!why are u have simples on non cardio days?if u are doing HIIT cardio thens fine to have them post work out, other than that wouldnt have them there.its all depending on the cardio u are doing. i would do LISS cardio pre breakfast as if the cardio is to intense it will force u into over training.
*One weetbix block is about 12g complex last time I checked?still think that i would rather have more oats than a crappy weetbix,i always look at food as if its not grown i dont eat it,and i dont see a weetbix tree growing out there....look in the list of ingredients, there are sugars in them.
*Any tips on the fats? Would apreciate it man!increase them
*Why would my simple carbs be wrong? Pre-training meal? Or post-training shake? As I thought that about 70g dextrose gives a nice insulin spike?a mixture of complex and simple carbs pre work out and simple carbs post is fine,i would honestly limit carbs to 3 times a day even in the off season, breakfast, pre and post work out... other than that u dont need carbs.
*Yeah I do pick up a bit of a tire in offseason as I do force-feeding most of m meals! I picked up 16kg in 2 years and I'm leaner than I was when I started!
*The 30g from egg whites is post-training as I had a lot of whey just before hand! but i would still sub that for a better protein source,i only suggest have 7-8 meals off season, u can have whey 3-4 of them and solid meals 3-4 of them, 3 meals contain carbs (1 of them with carbs and fats and protein) and then the other meals protein and fats.
Thanx for the reply bro, would like to hear what you have to say!
