Amen DJ, that's exactly how I do it, I find no need for supps when I am getting in 6 solid meals. Supps are def not necessary!

DJ wrote: can i just say something,all these pre and post work out and intra work out things are useless if u are not getting enough calories in during the rest of the day,do u know that u dont even need any of them? u could get away with eating 6 solid meals a day,with no whey or any other supplement for the whole day and use just whole food and u can still grow even if your food intake is all before your work out and u train before u go to bed. at the end of the day u can have as many intra post pre workout drinks u like if u are only consuming those in a day u are not gonna grow.... the benefit of these things is the faster digestion,the spiking of insulin and the shuttling of macro nutrients to the muscle,they are all beneficial but not 100% necessary...at the end of the day instead of spending tons of money on unnecessary stuff, but nice to have stuff, get in more food.
