USN Gabba?

Hi all. USN got a product Gabba, it stimulates muscle growth ect blah blah. Here's the thing - its legal to use in sport. Its uses by almost all Ausie sportmen & women. The question I got is this, the Ausies are not using USN (suprise!)

Is there an alternative for the USN product? Friend of mine is a lab rat, we tested some USN stuff, not all is what it says on label.... But thats just our findings!

Know its bit of funny question but I'm into sport, wanna use what I can without bumping a test.

No ways, you guys must have messed up. USN is the best by far and the sponsored athletes do not use gear at all and they grow like guys on gear and only use USN, USN is the greatest ....... all hail USN ...... :laugh:

Hell yeh, you can't tell me you actually thought they were sticking to the label. R100 says that if you test their choc shake it's Nesquick ......

Didnt they also find cremora & artificial sweeteners in their potein shakes as well..? they have such nice advertisements like the winners o their life style challenge.. the overweight/fat people look like fitness models after 6 weeks by following this program & using their supplements..

Hi LSJ. I used Supplements SA's GABA, and I must admit that it is the worst supplement I have ever used. The side-effects just got to much for me: Shortness of breath, for about 15 minutes it felt as if someone was sitting on my chest; Ichy skin and rash allover body; and worst of all, it made me so alert that I could not sleep. Any supplement that intefere with sleep is bad for me.
My bad luck?

I have never tried Supplements SA's GABA myself so I can not comment on the nature of the product. 1 Thing that I did find out of line is that you said that it interferes with your sleep. Thats weird to me bud, cause GABA is suppose to promote sleep.

The rash and itchy skin is normal. As for the shortness of breath, I believe that there may be a deeper underlying problem bud. Get your GP to sort you out.

My last comment bud is the following: I see a lot of people dissing some brands on this site. I believe that this should not be done, as it was the responsibility of the consumer to have done proper research on the brand before investing his hard-earned cash into a product. Maybe the majority of people learn from their mistakes by trial-and-error. The point that I'm trying to make is that its easy to blame someone else for a mistake, when the mistake is in actual fact lying with us.

This is not a post to offend anybody, and no... I'm not a sales rep ect. But I do see the world in another (more objective way).

I have not tried USN Gabba myself. Some mates of mine swear by it, the other half reject it completely. Thats why I posed the question to find out if there is a similar product thats got a more balanced track record. Find out all I can about it before using it...

By the way, one of my friends also started complaining about intchy skin...dont know if its a coincidance?

No problem, Kraz, . I just happen to be using supplements from Supplements SA, because of price. It was only obvious that I would try their GABA and not someone elses. I also use supps from other companies however.
The lack of sleep was also very surprising to me, as I chose the product for its so called ability to induce deep sleep. From what I have read, it elevates growth hormone levels and promotes sound and restful REM sleep. It should be taken on an empty stomach just before bed.
This specific product or should I say ingredient, just did not work for me.
The shortness of breath is probably the wrong way to describe the side-effects I had and I only had theses side-effects for about 30 minutes long, 10 minutes after taking the GABA. Since I had stop using it, I had no problems at all. I have never had side-effects from a supplement like this before.
This is just the experience I had with this product. If someone else had a similar experience, please post it.

Cant believe people actually still sell and use USN... Eating sand will give better results..

usn's products never made it to the states... why...?? coz in the states they test it!!

We all have our own opinion on supps, gear whatever and even if we do have a digg at the different companies it's only the opinion of the individual and seriously doubt they will be closing doors due or have a more loss in revenue due to a few guys engaging in some banter about them. I do have respect for the brands that came from home operations to a multi-million empire, but that does not necessarily make them good for the purpose we want them for. USN in particular concentrates more on the fitness and gym fanatic, not so much on the body builder, we only make up a small percentage of their target audience and should look at it in that context.

Comments made should also be taken with a pinch of salt as these are individual views and there is no mass following here at all.

I am sure any member would jump at the oppertunity to secure a sponsorship from USN, even if they feel the product is crap ....... point, ignorance is bliss ......

look guys i have bought usn products before and the only one that i have bought that seems to work amazingly day in and day out is my plastic shaker...

Hahahahaha! DJ thats exactly what i have left from my uninformed USN days. I have 2, as a matter of fact! I spent thousands each month on just about everything they had for about 8 months. Gatvol of the small results i tried Animal stak2/mstak/pak etc. My gains shot up and i hated the rep at Dischem for selling me USN.
That was before PGW of course!

Wow... My water shaker didnt last too long..... you must of been lucky...

what is this world coming to when not even a companies bluddy plastic shakers dont last...my t-shirt i got from usn didnt even last a week...i think i are going to be buying me a muscle tech one...

bugger that... Just go to Meltz and buy those cheap vests..... End up saving more money for food and suppliments....
