i am a total newbie im 175cm 16%bf i weigh 71kgs im looking to gain as much mass as i can on shelf supplements before going on a cycle.im looking at using evox muscle meal xl5 and SSN CGT-BCAA which has:
Pharmaceutical Grade Creatine Monohydrate 3g
Pharmaceutical Grade L-Glutamine 2g
Pharmaceutical Grade Crystalline BCAA blend (L-Leucine, L-Valine & L-Isoleucine) 2g
Pharmaceutical Grade Taurine 1g
my first question is will it be better to start using a pre work out drink or start using a zma?my second question is the SSN CGT-BCAA im using twice a day giving me 6g's monohydrate but the pre work out i plan on using will be giving me an extra 5g's creatine mixture will that destroy my kidneys or is it a good amout for mass gaining.and my last question is there anything else i should use instead of a pre work out that will help my gains better while costing more or less the same.please help
