I know everyone says animal pak is the way to go but i have just started my second tin of animal m stak(2 weeks left) and for the cash you pay for animal and the gains i have got i dont think its worth it is there anything else better;) than M stak (Hard Gainer)??

Taking juice is a big step, do research & see if you can really dedicate yourself to the demands needed in your cylce for instance diet & make your decision from there!

Mike, I made some serious gains on Pak/Mstak/Stak2. As a matter of fact i was stronger on MStak than i was on the first course of TestSusp/WinnySusp or TestProp/Masteron. I only REALLY started getting much stronger on TestProp/Anavar(All PGW) and later NPP.
Animal i definately rate, but for yur buck? Nothing beats the real thing which can be done cheaper BTW.

I also found that Animal Pak, as good as the product is, was getting too pricey for me. I'm now using Optimum Nutrition's Opti-Men. It has all of the same ingredients as Animal Pak, and all of them either equal or in higher dosages, and it's a helluva lot cheaper. A bottle of 180 tabs (take 3 tabs/day) costs R299 at Dischem. Also, 3 small tabs is easier than swallowing 11 monster-size ones...

Buy from Springbok phamacy (sp) their animal pack is R300.

love my pak to much !!

When I remember I take opti-men or V2000 from Solgar. Both very good. Im only after a good quality multivitamin. I dont need shark cartilage , amino acids and digestive enzymes

guys, i live in ballito. i order animal pak from springbok pharmacy's website. it's R299 per tin and they charge about R70 for postage if buy 2 at a time, so it costs about R335 per tin.
