Going onto my Keto diet...

Anyone know where to buy Psylium Husks in Johannesburg??
The powder form...
I have been trying to search online, but no luck.

Dont buy the powder. It sucks up all the water in an instant leaving you with a thick porridge.
Dischem has a less refined version which works much better.

dischem should have them nationwide, I got from dischem in ct. It does make ur shakes like porridge but it works like a charm. cant go on keto without it

yup Dischem carrys it.also fiber is important for the bodys absorbtion of calcium.ive been on keto from feb this year and if it wasnt for psylium husks my system wud have been clogged :-)

Mr SA, I got mine from dischem in JHB. All their branches should have. Started my keto on Monday. Good luck bro the first three days of "keto flu" are horrible. Have to say I feel like 10 Million bucks today......

i thought u might xrsist....told u dude,watch the first 2 weeks are gonna fly by and then cheat meal time...u should have a decent amount of fat loss before then :) stay strong,its worth it...

Yeah... today is day one... and i am HUNGRY! My body is used to me giving it 3500 Calories...
But definitely looking forward to the results!!!

Funny thing, ive been on keto for about 11 weeks and never took psylium husks and my bowl moving was good, abit to good sometimes. Weird

maybe you already have enough fiber and fats in your diet in which case there isnt any need for the extra fiber.

My keto diet i got from dj, so those who got one from him would now whats in there. No fibre at all.

But maybe its the jalapeno chillies i ad to my night meal?

I know but like i said i didn't have any problems. I think my bowl movement was actually better. But thats just me. My body is weird.
