They havent been milled. They look like the cells in oranges when inflated. You will see that the Dischem and Fybogel sachets use them like that with a little orange flavouring. Tastes like Oros with orange cells. Very nice.
You will find them on the same shelf at Dischem.

When i went to Dischem, they said they only had the Psylium Husk from Natures Source, i think, which doesnt have too much of a flavour.
Does Psylium Husks change the colour of your S**T?
There are some really disturbing images on Psylium Husk on the net.... Of what it comes out like.

Thats the one. Add it to your shake or Oros or whatever.
I will be on this stuff for the rest of my life. Wish i had it around 20 years ago!

My Keto aint going too bad thanks..
After 5 days (On Monday), i was down about 1.9kg's... but then this morning i went up by a kg... so, not sure whats going on, not sure if its cause i didnt go to gym yesterday, or maybe i had a bit too much peanut butter yest. (Did the mistake of licking the spoon)

mr_sa dont worry about the raise in weight the one day etc,u might have had a lot more salt etc the day before and are retaining water,u might also not have gone to the toilet to pass a stool which could also make a difference,remember psylium swells in the gut with water and will swell in your intestines sort've making a plug which will clean u out when u pass a stool but it hold water so only weight in the morning after you have gone to the bathroom and done your business,that will always give u the most accurate results!!

Yeah, i dont think i have been having enough Psylium Husk, so, i think i might have been a bit "backlogged" yesterday... no pun intended!
I didnt measure table spoons yesterday, just poured a bit in with my shake...
Shows how crucial it is to measure stuff!

Dont think its the same thing, but it will also work....

Next time, ask them for Natures Source... the blue packet.
Its in the organic foods section.

Natures Source comes in one "packet", not sachets, so, i use a tablespoon in every shake.
