1. Sleepyness
2. Yawning
3. Shortness of breath
4. Weakness/listlessness
5. mild nausea

Cant use this stuff as a workout booster thats for sure. Cant have it during the day because i fall asleep in front of the PC and in meetings.

I have the sleepyness thing from heat, I can sleep like a baby after taking heat and doing cardio even before the half life crash, I find that it mostly happens when I've been on it for longer than 3 weeks, I think it just tires your body out eventually

Very Interesting...
Jackrabbit1: How long have you been taking HEAT for non stop??
Its weird how something with quite a bit of Caffine can do that to someone.
Its like Redbull for me... puts me to sleep!

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

Eph* does cause a type of withdrawal and a mild state of depression / tiredness so you may feel moody / short / snappy.

So the higher your doses of this substance the more real the side effects would be.

Well, the older batches of HEAT never did that. And i used ALOT of them.

I've been off any ECA/Clen for at least since Nov 2009. And thats the thing; i stopped because it makes me fall asleep. And its not only me. A group of us always used to order together(through me) and they all have half bottles somewhere because they stopped using.

I'm an old HEAT customer and started using it when it first came out.

I get sleepy when i use it first thing in the morning. But if i take somewhat later after about 1hr after 1st meal it makes me awake. I dont know, can it be over stimulation at that point?

WOW!!!

And here I thought I'm getting the flu, again...

Took 1 Capsule yesterday 6am, and 2 Capsules at 13:00.
At around 14:00 I couldn't keep my eyes open.

I was short of breath (almost asthmatic), nausea and very listless.
Decided not to train and rather do a intense cardio session on the punching bag, but after 3 mins I was flat on my back, man down.....

Thats it. The old HEAT i used to wake up at around 03:15. Swallow 2 caps and went back to snooze. The HEAT woke me up at 04:00, sharp as anything after which i went to work.
Tried that on the newer stuff and almost fell asleep driving to work.

One thing for sure it was the most unpleasant feeling I ever had!
The nausea was so bad I had to fight it back down, no energy as in zero nada f*koli...

I could barely move the punching bag??

And here comes the catch, this was still the old batch and my 1st serving after a 2 week break.

Old ones were the same. It changed quite a while back. The new batch heats you up more but the sleepyness is still there.

What is the reason everyone here uses heat??
For the fat burning?? Or the energy??

ALSO, would you ever regard Heat as a mild anti depressant? As it puts you on a bit of a high....

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

Heat is still one of the best ECA stacks around, if I take it an hour before training I feel sleepy before I train but if I take it 30 min before training it kicks in while you train and the energy is awesome.

I would regard it as a mild antidepressant as it does increase adrenaline release which some antidepressants do like Wellbutrin for eg

Listen guys,

Just something I did to counter this issue iam more of a "use heat for the energy" kinda user and it keeps me lean at the same time and have also been using the stuff since it was first around. And like jackrabbit didn't have this issue with the old ones but nonetheless the new ones still work.

With my first bottle (120's new packaging) I was using 2tabs at +-6am and then another 2tabs at +-3pm and was crashing at around 10am and 6pm respectively I then on my second batch gave 1tab at 6am, 1tab at 10am, 1tab at 2pm and 1tab at 6pm a try and was a much more pleasant experience! Check if that helps you all crashing..

Peace

Thanks Moose. I am the same - mostly as pre-workout booster(and party pill) and i am also playing with the dosage and frequencey at this stage. Yesterday was 2 tabs at 0600. Trained at 1845 and my heartrate still shot up doing some warmup cardio.
Today i will do 2 tabs at 0600, 1 at 1000 and another at 1400. Aim to train at 1600.

Well, i tried comming up on a single tab while at gym - great, thanks Sting.

Now i think that Moose has the answer and i think its the same reason why we always made sure to come up on an e while moving/dancing. The stuff is just too strong and causes a major rush. The kind that makes you sleep. I have had that on an e before as well.

So, next week i'm on the Moos's schedule.
