i remember doctari saying that during PCT push it up tp 3000mg as it helps combat cortizol.

its 1000mg for 2 packs 500mg for 1 pack. a bid kak i think animal pack is to expensive for the amounts of some vitas and others, asspecialy for bodybuilders, they need more of some of those vitamins, vitamin e 300iu for 2 packs so one has only 150iu, bb needs at least 400iu per day, animal pack is a rip off ($$$$) is also not enought vitas for a bb,even when taken 2 packs per day, juz my personal opp!!
