If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

Obviously diet and weight dependent, but I also hit around the 200-250g mark per day from my Whey, Casein and MRP at relevant times.
Peace

200g seems like a lot of whey when a serving is normally +-30g. I have 3 servings of whey a day the first 2 are about 35g and the last one post workout is about 50g. Then I have one 30g serving of cassin before bed. How long does a 2kg whey last you guys normally?

Hmm, I am probably the worst when it comes to weighing my foods. As I have said before I have an extremely fast metabolism and if I want to grow I just add my carbs and if I want to cut I just cut back on the smallest of things a coke here and there or I just add 1 extra day to my training and do a full body work out of supersets.

I eat around 700grams of steak a day or close on the same if I'm having mince. I also have 8 jumbo eggs, 2 whole 6 whites. I snack on nuts in my draw at work and might have a protein bar during the day if I'm driving to a meeting, I normally eat around 8 times a day.

When I am being very strict then I have portion control that DJ has structured for me however I will look at running that for 8 weeks starting middle of October. His diet is structured around my weight. I think I was 114 at the time he worked it out for me.

Sweet

I aim for 1g of protein per pound of body weight.
Old advice, but it works for me..

Try to get the most of my protein from food and supplement with ON Whey.

Keeping it real...
