ok so iv got a good, high protein, clean diet going. But now want to take my physic to the next level.
I can spend roughly R850, max R900, excl. whey, per month on sups. Im wanting to increase my weight by two more kg's to 76kg's. Im also 1.8m. currently around 11% bf.
What do you think is a good stack? Dont want to take a test booster as i get very bad skin from it.
Got three in mind:
