Help? Should I change my current supplements.

Hi there, I am currently on the following:

1. Morning - Bsn Cellmass
2. Mid Morning - Mass Shake
3. Mid Afternoon - Mass Shake
4. Pre - Workout - Ganic F
5. Before Bed - Bsn Cellmass

Should I change from Ganic F to Unevirsal M-Stak?

I hope this is over and above your real food. If so i take it you are trying to bulk up?

Hi,jip trying to bulk up, I do a 3day split programe and on the off days I do a 3-5km jogg as well.

Post up your diet, lets have a look. Your results will be allot better if you focus on getting your diet up to scratch rather than blowing cash on more supps
