Just use the basics and you should be covered.

Everyone has different opinions on what is "essential".

A good starting point would be:

Multivitamin and mineral
Fish oil
A protein powder or meal replacement (I dont consider a supplement but some do)

Anything over and above this you can decide for yourself and your budget.

Hope this helps

Just take into consideration that 8 Amino Caps (mine) have 1000mg of Vit C in them and ZMA & Amino Stack have Vit B6/12 in them. I opt for the Flax seed bottle - its cheap and I use it to ad some flavour to my chicken as well.

so I can just settle for multi vit and the supps? Will save me money :)
on the good fats....
Flax seed oil and olive oil? Is olive oil acceptable? And where does the macademia nut oil fit in?should one switch between them or which is best? And is it okey to get in with supper?
Peanut butter....arent the oils better?
