What PWO shake are you having?
Why are you training for over 50 Minutes??? Keep your training short and INTENSE!
Have your shake, and have a ZERO carb meal 1 hour afterwards... EG: Chicken, Mince, Tuna etc etc.
You need to have a proper meal after training....
What you have changed it too is not a bad... As long as you are having a proper dinner then!!
