- How many of you use BCAA's?
Sometime

- Any of you use Beta - alanine?
Nope

- If you could buy plain whey with no flavour for less , would you?
Yes, for sure.

- Top 3 supplements
ON's 100% Whey
17-HD
Colostrum

- Do you use a vitamin?
Yes

- Over all perception of local brand
Some like Nutrition Lab are good, but the prices are the same as international supps, so no point in being proudly South African. SSA Pure Whey is also not too bad.

- International brands?
Good, but also very expensive. AST, ON and Muscle Tech are some of my favorites.

- Where do you buy your products?
Performance Supplements
Bio Dynamix

Trying to get some feedback on some ideas im working on. I like to hear feed back and honesty from people. I know what I want , nice to hear what everyone else does as well.

Im always working on things. Great job , get to do what I love to do each day :)

So if there is a way I can introduce some type of value to the South African market either through new products or value i will... Have a look at Vitargo and the EFX range.

Problem IIhave is that we compete in a market where people think cheaper is better.

For example they will buy a product for R100 that is worth R30 over a product that cost R200 thats is actually worth R170. Believing the R100 is the better deal.

Let you guys know when we come up with something. Maybe do a live test on the forum...

Before Training

- Any of you use Beta - alanine?

- If you could buy plain whey with no flavour for less , would you?
Yes, there are some good quality raw powders out there

- Top 3 supplements
Whey,N.O, Glutamine

Local brands aren't regulated as the international. Have been using SPS, can highly recommend it - N.O Blast

- International brands?
Flagship products are great. You do get what you pay for.

- Where do you buy your products?
Online at www.supplementworld.co.za . They are increasing their product range each time I buy something!!! They now stock Muscle Asylum Project (MAP) and WAR. Heard some crazy shit about the Altered State(N.O). lowest prices across the board (not dumping 1 or 2 products and the rest are expensive) and free delivery ...... finally a decent online site!!!!!!!
