stress cause insomnia so yes i want to sleep more, but cant.

bro for what its worth, I had problems with my eyes last year because of insomnia. My eyes were very sensitive/dry. Received some magnesium shots (2ml/10shots a box) from dischem and it helped a lot. just mix the magnesium with b12. stings for a while

I've never used th caps before, but an opthamologists recommended Optive

I buy a thing called dry eyes, its drops.. Works like a charm... very relaxing when you put them in.
