what you guys thing is a good preworkout shake to have for early morning training. I genraly wake up at 5:45am and start gyming around 6:40am.
currently just taking a whey, maltidextrose, bcaa, L-arginine combo as I wake up but it doesnt give me that extra 'push' I need at gym to do that all important extra rep or two.
was even considering having a preworkout (eg Muscle Marinade) as I wake up then a small serving whey just before gym!?
Currently using SSN Cytomaize with extra di-creatine during my training which has really helped with recovery.
Have a whey, fructose, bcaa, creatine shake straight after gym then oats, whey, raisins about 45min later.

any suggestions would be great. thanks

Bowl of oats AS YOU WAKE UP... Then muscle marinade about 20 minutes before gym.

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

I totally agree, Muscle Marinade is the best pre-workout drink IMO.

I've been wanting to try this Muscle Marinade, but i'm worried I might get a heart attack. Looks like some powerful shit. Some guys say they feel drugged like 1-2 hours after.
