What are the side effects?

It's testosterone enanthate, so just google for sides and typical to test sides. Have seen it on the net, but never used that specific enanthate.

Ok. I'm planning to use it in conjunction with Muscle Science Extreme Grow protein shake & Xplode creatine which I am using at the moment. I'm trying to build lean muscle mass as quickly as possible, will this combination yield any results with a good workout routine & diet and WITHOUT using a steroid?

Bro, it is a steroid and not good for lean muscle, enanthate is a bulking compound and better stacked than alone. It is a long ester testosterone, so you will get estrogen and water sides to mention 2.
What genius told you that it's not a steroid?

The dude I got it from said it's a test enhancer not a steroid, probably got his story mixed up. Anyway I'm new 2 this stuff, what do u mean by 'better stacked than alone'...do I need 2 take other stuff in conjuction with it?
