If this is all u eating and still cannot lose weight, i suggest you go to a Dr to check your thyroid? Unless u saying you eating like 6cans of the tuna and a bag of chiken fillets and sweet potato...lol ...Also you could try swimming as excercise since its not high impact on you joints.Lady*Soul wrote: Thanks for the advice. If I look at everything people are saying about diets here, I eat WEIGH too little! I normally have a bowl of Oats for breakfast, a peanut butter seed loaf sandwich at lunch and tuna/chicken fillet, baked sweet potato and salad.
