HELP ME get started please... was created by Lady*Soul
 Hi everyone, I am brand new here but have read many posts. Could you please help me get started, as I am too overweight to go to a gym just yet. Here are the facts:

- I am 37 and have had 3 children.
- I am 1.7m tall and weigh 104kg - my goal is 70. BF is 35%... I KNOW...
- I have taken EVOX Hydrocuts and CLA for 3 months with no results AT ALL.
- I have recently started to walk 30 mins 3 times a week
- I drink 2 liters of water a day
- I have huge cravings for sweets all the time
- Other than that I eat too little

I have seen in all the posts that HEAT seems a good product to start off with to help with fat burning, energy and cravings. I do not know where to find them (and how do you even know it's the real deal?)

I will appreciate any help. Thanks! Anyone can also pm me to www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/contact-us

Hi Lady...I see you are interested in heat, look these fat burning compounds dont make you lose weight, they just aid in weight loss but you still need a good diet and training in place if you want to see results from it which will explain why you didnt get results from hydroxycuts etc.

Why are you not able to go to gym, is it a physical issue (weight causing problems) or is it mental?

Walking is a start so good on you for making a decision to do something. Everyone has cravings for sweets but the more you eat them, the more you crave them actually. Try a teasppon of sugar free peanutbutter, see if it helps with the cravings but limit this too (dense calories).

Not eating enough will slow your metabolism, you need to start eating more and good foods

Thanks for the advice. I understand that exercise and healthy diet is the key. The problem is that when you are 35kgs overweight your knees take strain and you have no energy. I am willing to start cycling and walking 30 mins per day, upping it with 5 mins every 2nd week until its an hour per day. When I have lost the excess fat I want to start gymming.

If I look at everything people are saying about diets here, I eat WEIGH too little! I normally have a bowl of Oats for breakfast, a peanut butter seed loaf sandwich at lunch and tuna/chicken fillet, baked sweet potato and salad.

If this is all u eating and still cannot lose weight, i suggest you go to a Dr to check your thyroid? Unless u saying you eating like 6cans of the tuna and a bag of chiken fillets and sweet potato...lol ...Also you could try swimming as excercise since its not high impact on you joints.

Id say stick to the supplements you were using but combine them with mild exercise, they don't do jack when u don't get physical.

Also increase the amount of times you eat per day. Try making it 3 main meals(breakfast, lunch, supper) with 3 or more light snacks in bettween( low sugar, low carb - just something to prevet hunger and over eating). Keeping meals small but constant helps keeps you matabolism up so you will feel less fatigue. As you progress you will see that the excercise will also make you feel more energetic.

Ive used Phedra-cut in the past and it DOES work but only when combined with exercise. Ive started using Evox Hydrocuts since today though....will see how it goes.
