Creatine & glutamine post workout
Animal pak with breakfast
Max Pump pre workout
Not sure what Recover max is but i think that would be post workout aswell
And Fast grow anabolic i would chuck in the toilet

Me 2...lol. But for the hard gainer ppl would advice it.
The carbs are high, its got some protien in and creatine with some natural testo boosters.
ie: Core benefits of FAST GROW ANABOLIC:

Here is for the recover max on how to use:
Add four level scoops (95g) to 400 - 600ml of cool water (depending on taste) and shake or stir vigorously with a fork until dissolved (slight foaming may occur). Have one serving within 20-30 minutes after training or event to promote recovery. If your training exceeds 2 hours have a second
serving an hour later & sip slowly over a period of 30 minutes.
Hydration and warm weather:
During an event or training always avoid becoming thirsty by ensuring that fluids are taken continuously. Extra water must be consumed in addition to Recover Max, especially during warm weather.
What is is for:
USN RECOVER MAX is precisely formulated as a post training recovery drink, and/or a comprehensive energy, Amino Acid and electrolyte replacement drink to use during long periods of intense physical activity such as military training, Ironman triathlons, marathons etc. as well as shorter, highly intensive activities like spinning, power-lifting, weight-lifting, rugby etc.

Impressive marketing and even more impressive directions ! That USN stuff is really good ! :laugh: Do they sell any other brands in the Free State?
