hi,i have been training hard for around 3 years,i weight 106kgs now ,am 38,1.86m tall and at the moment i train 5 days a week,mon wed fri-weights,tues thurs cardio.
due to hernia ops in my past i struggle with to much ab excercises as it pressurre on the aluminium gauze left in me after the ops.i have never done roids but do take the normal things ie,creatine glutamine,cla,phedra cut,amino stack,tribulis-testobooster.i also eat quite well( do have a cheat meal once a week tho)
my main question is the following.
i have lost alot of body fat everywhere besides my stomach,(do look quite good averywhere else)but i cant seems to losse the hated "beer belly"what can i do or take just to get rid of this??
i have been trying for atleast a year now but no luck.
