anyone know a good joint support product?
i tore my legaments in my knee last december, but im still in pain everyday. doc (actually all of them) say there is nothing you can do about it, and that it heals on its own, in its own time. but im really getting frustrated now as its messing up my training and even walking hurts!!
so any suggestions will be appreciated please.

I use arthoguard, its helped with my knees, my tennis elbow and my rotator cuff problems...

If it hurts when you walk bud, I would seek a specialist or chiro's advice. My joints only hurt when training and I just trrained around it by skipping the exercises that exasperated the problem joint. I had to angle my feet outwards for squats, skip skull crushes and be very careful when doing any shoulder exercises.

thanks man. who's it by and where can i get it from?

well iv been to about 5physio's and 3surgon's and they all said the same thing...it will heal on its own and in it own time. the condition is called "jumpers knee", where the ligaments tear off the knee-cap and tear the cartlage!!

Amped, if 5 different people tell you the same thing then there is some truth in it. I know its difficult to accept not being able to train 100% but for the sake of your future health and well being I would suggest that you wait till it heals naturally.

I got it from pick and pay, dischem will have it, at the time it was the cheapest supplement with glucosomine. So if there's something else cheaper as long as it has glucosomine in it, should work....

You can't train through the pain though, you have to train around it, don't do anything that causes discomfort. Listen to your body!

I bought Arthro guard at Dischem today and its on special buy one get one free!

I usually use ArthroChoice Advanced but they didn't have so I took the Arthro Guard, I also feel that when I take in enough flaxseed oil it also helps.

Joint Support from SSN is also pretty good.

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

Glad to hear it worked....

Something i thought i would share..
I suffer really badly with lower back pain! Since i have been using a power balance band, i dont seem to suffer from any joint pain, or the lower back pain!
But, it could also be the Deca that i am currently on, which lubricates the joints.

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

There is a brand called "willow". They have a product called joint eaze. I used it for my shoulder. Its simular to arthroguard but higher dosed and contains more goodies if im not mistaken. Also cheaper! Get it from good health shops. Dont think dischem sells it
