How to choose??????

Hi there people

How do I know what supplements to buy for pre workout? There is so many diffrent types, Brands, Names, how do you choose???? Ive been on Sa Supplementworld's website and I think I will buy from them, pricing is good and delivery as well. I am looking for something that will help me with muscle gain, my diet is all good, I have used M-Stak and Ganic F before, very impressed with the M-Stak and with Ganic F, but it tastes like #@%^*&. Want to try something new, but in general how do you choose a supplement????

I am guessing not... as you have been on pre workouts.

Muscle Marinade by Purus Labs
Creapump by SSN
Or lately i am loving Juggernaut by Infinite Labs

Its all about trial and error... using them all to see what works for you!

U need to know what to be using before u work out. Hopefully u have a intra and post workout drink or supplements?
U need a pre workout drink with BCAA's,quick and slow releasing carbs,some creatine and then also the arginine that all pre workout drinks have in. I do really believe that is the wonder amino for them... Noxplode from BSN is awesome,NoRage from SPS is also good. and the people seem to like Universals shock therapy too,Pricy tho.
I myself believe in NoXplode. Its good.

how long is a piece of string i find judging by price or reviews is like shooting in the dark, ganic was amazing for me but VPX shItgun at double the price didn't work anything but my stomach.. You have to find one that works for you so just take a chance and see what happens of course take reviews into account though, but bear in mind that the majority of them are probably bull or user specific.

What is a good supp to take during and after gym? I see Basic Supplements have bcaa for R175 and Dextrose for R25, Also a Amino stack for cheap. I use Usn 100% whey protein, fairly cheap from Supplementworld. I want to try SPS - No Rage but not sure, price is good compared to Universal M-Stak, but M-Stak helped me alot the first time I used it, found it really expensive, BUT a very good supplement.

BCAA good intra and whey,creatine and dextrose post workout. Thats what works for me.
