Can someone please tell me what the benefits of putting Cinnamon with your oats etc is?

Is there any bodybuilding benefit of Cinnamon?

It's supposed to help with maintaining blood glucose levels (already a benefit) and another benefit would be that you will be more responsive to insulin when you have your post workout meal for eg. How much you need though I wouldn't know

ok cinnamon has a huge positive influence to many things in your body. For example 1 teaspoon of cinnamon with 2 teaspoons of honey ED for last 6 months have completely cured my ulcer and heartburn issues. I even eat chilli these days. And i used antibiotics nexium ranitidin. you name it i used it. All those meds did was help me for a short while. I can honestly say cinnamon has completely fixed my stomach issues. i read its very good for insulin sensitivity and many many other health benefits. Dont expect anything in like one week this stuff takes time to work its magic.

Thanks for the responses.
Thought there were more benefits.
I currently have it with my morning oats.
But maybe i should rather add it with my Post Workout Drink....
