So I have been excersizing for a month now.

Q1:About 3 weeks ago I bought universals animal pump second hand. Feels like its working but I cant really say as I'm not that experienced. I have about 12 packs left, should I use it now or save it for later?

Q2: Should I supplement with something like M-STAK after I get my diet in order? I really want to bulk up.

Q3: How much cardio should I do to still gain weight?

Sorry if this is stupid questions but I'm really new to this.
Also I'm using nitro mass gain rigt now, but switching to LSJ's Whey after I finish it.

get your diet in order,drop the animal stacks for now,they are expensive,rather use the money for you diet,if you are trying to gain weight u shouldnt be doing much cardio at all! 20mins 3 times a week.

you started gym a month ago and bought the pump 3 weeks ago so you were gyming for a week clean,bru i think you need to focus on the raw basic essentials of weightlifting for a while before you start taking all these advanced supplements..the only supplement i would use if i was you would be animal pak not stak or pump and a simple whey protein...ask dj if he would want to put a diet together for you many people on this forum have had great sucess with his diets,then after a few months you can start looking at all these supps..one thing you must learn quick is that this is a long term thing,there are no quick fixes.
