help me compose a stack was created by chemically enhanced
hi
wonder if anyone can help me,
im 21
74kilos
10 percent bodyfat
train 7 days a week never for more than an hour
the supps im on currently are whey protein,a pre-workout drink,l-glutamine and wen im not broke animal pak.
thing is i wan2 switch over to basic supplements
im still going to buy a pre-workout cause he doesnt have ready mixed ones.

so im buying the whey,glutamine,zma,bcaa and dextrose on friday from basic supps,the creatine i will get from my pre-workout drink also i dont want mono and the pre workout is kre-alkyln

so now for my question,i know how the glutamine and whey works but i dont know much at all about zma,bcaa and dextrose
i know what they are and what they supposed to do i just dont know how much of each to take and at what times so please could some of the toppies of this forum shed me some light:)

ZMA - 2 Caps 30 minutes before bed.
Bcaa - 10g with your Post workout shake and you can also have with your Pre-workout shake.
Dextrose - 60g with 40g Whey Post Workout.

sweet so does that sound like a decent stack?
what vitamins should i be using cause i hardly ever take vitamins and animal is too expensive

Just Vitamin C @ 200mg in the morning.
EFA's x 6 per day
And a Multivitamin (I use Alltivit + M - Yellow Box)

Just get the rest of your eating right, 8 hours sleep... and you will grOW

Eating is 98 percent there will be 100's when i get my diet from dj
sleep i get 8 to 10 hours a night and most days have an hour nap in the afternoon
i am growing im not bitching about not being able to get big just want to make sure my bodies getting the essentials it needs.
whats a good product for joints,i have a knee problem and sometimes my joints hurt,wrists,elbows,shoulders etc
