train 7 days a week never for more than an hour
the supps im on currently are whey protein,a pre-workout drink,l-glutamine and wen im not broke animal pak.
thing is i wan2 switch over to basic supplements
im still going to buy a pre-workout cause he doesnt have ready mixed ones.
so im buying the whey,glutamine,zma,bcaa and dextrose on friday from basic supps,the creatine i will get from my pre-workout drink also i dont want mono and the pre workout is kre-alkyln
so now for my question,i know how the glutamine and whey works but i dont know much at all about zma,bcaa and dextrose
i know what they are and what they supposed to do i just dont know how much of each to take and at what times so please could some of the toppies of this forum shed me some light:)
