it comes in a 100ml bottle so if you take 1ml 5times a week you get 20weeks out of 1 bottle! it consists of 6 ingredients and made by nature vet. the only down side is the continuous injection, but you can take it intramuscular or subcutanous so i usually take a insulin syringe and rotate about 10 injection spots - doesnt sting at all. o ja and it doesnt F up your sleep - ive taken it at 5 in the afternoon and went to bed at 10 without any problems like many of the pre-wo stuff. im going to keep taking it forever haha...

Got a sample of ganic f at muscle evolution grand prix and decided to try it this afternoon. Tastes bloody awful! Wanted to puke through my entire workout and now i dont even want to eat since the shit still rises up in my throught. Worst stuff ever and did not even give me a pump or a rush. Stay away!!

abc send me that tub of ganic,i love the fucking stuff,alot of guys get fukt up stomachs and puke on it and it tastes shit and wat wat but just fucking man up and push thru it i mean what the fuck,when i started gyming my joints would get sore and i used to get bad pains in my forearms but thats no reason to stop,same as squats,they make you want to puke and if they dont then u prob not doing them right but they work,same as ganic it works but so does no blast and the 40 million other pre workouts so if the ganic isnt working for you give it to someone like me and try a different product..
i tried sps no blast and it works like a charm but i get pins and needles and hot flushes from the arginine
try universal shock therapy its light on the stomach and not very caffeinated and doesnt have plenty stimulants i also heard jack3d is good and that evox are making a copy of jack3d

Bud luckily i only had a sample. Currently on NO Shotgun. I chase it down with a 200mg caffein cap. Training is pritty decent then
