Need Advise

Hi, I am currently using USN whey protein, Ive been told that I am waisting money and that USN is bad for you, do I switch to EVOX or MUSCLE SCIENCE, or what ?

That is a personal choice you have to make... USN has had issues in the past, I cannot prove it doesn't work now. There is allot of USN haters on the site, so you need to be open minded to where you stand. The easiest way to know is are you achieving results?

I havent really picked up any weight, about a kilo in three weeks.

A kilo in 3 weeks doesnt sound like much. I dont wanna blast usn unfairly tho because it could be down to your diet & training. Post up your stats: age, weight, diet & an overview of your training.

P.s - there's a section in the forum dedicated to supplement discussion - this one is 'reserved' for anabolic steroid discussion. (just so you know for future posts )

Could be any number of vars why that has happened. After spending lots of time in thought I am prepared to give USN another chance, when I don't know as I don't buy their stuff I use basic supplements, but hey... I will give them a chance until I read another article stating they displaying false values on the label.

ya i agree with that rabbit.. I was talking to a USN rep a few weeks back and he said (i think) by april next year all the SA supplements must be something approved, can't remember what, and have inside them what is listed on the packaging and USN is "apparently" the only one to have this done so far. Maybe just a sales ploy, not sure if anyone else has heard anything along these lines..?
