USN ANABOLIC NITRO

Ok guys, I know we usually bash usn to death, i think they may have turned the corner...What the say on the label seems to be true sometimes....I got 2 samples/servings of usn anabolic nitro and used one last night, its now 1:15am and I have not slept yet! I usually fall of to sleep at 9:30pm. Read the label now and it says avoid taking it within 4hours of bedtime to avoid sleeplessness....So that should explain why i have not slept yet...Right! But what a fuck-up cos that would mean taking this supplement, you gotta train in the mornings(if you work a 8to5 day) and i like to train in the evenings!

What I find if I take any sort of stimulant before I train I make sure I take it around an hour before and then I make sure that is a 'hardcore' session, I come home and drink chamomile tea, most times I leave the bag in and just full it up with water again. Try get yourself to chill

Would it still work? My understanding is you have to take it half an hour or so before a workout? How long do the stimulants stay active for?

Well the active life of Eph HCL and Ephedra is 4 to 7 hours so if divide the half life on the lowest value that would be 2 hours. So yes that wouldn't be a problem. And caffeines half life is around 4.9 hours.. So to answer your question it is perfect to take it an hour before.

Maybe your body just needs to adapt to it if it is the cause of your sleeplessness.

I drink NO Rage as a pre workout. I usually have it around 6:30 pm. The first day was a bit hectic, but after that I had no issues. I'm out at around 10 pm.

I too have used a tub of Anabolic nitro. ( I got it for free). And I must say, what was different for me is that a lot of preworkouts cause an initial 'rush' and in an hour and a half its gone and might leave you energyless. with this product i have found that it gives a constant feed of mental stimulation and energy...

Wayne, do you agree that it is not a bad supplement at all?

If there was one supplement of USN I would buy, this would be it.
