Can anyone explain this for me?

I see 100% whey protein's but the small print always stipulates either whey protein isolate or whey protein concentrate... but both is 100%.

which is better, and how does one work different from the other?

When you feel like giving up, do two more...

If you lactose intolerant use isolate. It is a little bit more expensive. Whey isolate is also a more 'pure' protein with a higher BV. Isolate contains around 90-98% protein and concentrate contains 70-85%.

Is it worth it? I don't think so, unless like I said you have problems with bloating / gas, etc.

I think when they say 100% whey protein, it means that all the protein content is from whey alone and not from other protein sources but it has nothing to do with purity of the whey
