Best Multi Vitamin on the market in One Tablet

So... i was wondering which you guys think is the best Multi Vitamin on the market...

Just a straight multivitamin, not like an Animak Pak etc... best multi vitamin in One Tablet.

I currently use Allvit + M which i get at Dischem... Not exactly cheap, but seems it has everything. And then also use Vitamin C, Calcium, Omega's and B-Complex.

lol Animal Pak is the rolls royce of vitamins but yes swallowing all those pills are a mission...

Have used SSN multivit - felt it was a good product...Have seen WAR have recently started with a multi vitamin - looks promising and price wise its v v keen.

Muscletechs Anabolic Vitakic is excellent but then again its 6 pills a serving....Opti Men by optimum nutrition is also v good but has recently been pulled off the shelves in SA....MCC werent too happy with one ingredient in it

I swallow animal pak all in one go.

I take the Animal Pak on Weight Days and Vital A-Z Gold Multivit on Cardio days and non training days.

3 days weights, 2 days cardio, 2 days rest.

You need the vitamins on rest days.

Yes. I do take the multivit on rest days. - But I take the VITAL Multi Vit not the Animal Pak.

Check out rage nutrition, they have it listed (not sure about stock though?) and they deliver.
