i see pick n pay is selling Omegas for R130 for 200 caps, 1000mg per cap, instruction reads to take 1 cap daily. The brand is Unique.

Anyone know if this is a good product or deal, with the investment?

I've seen it and it looks reasonable and good value. The dosage sounds a bit low, I would go for 2 caps in morning and 2 at night.
