Seasons Greeting guys!
Right... I know I'm in for a bollocking here & am probably going to get ripped to shreds for this but I've been shadowing this sight for a good couple of months gathering info, & on the subject of supps, I can't seem to get a decent Pre & Post down! I've read pretty much all the threads in this section but am still battling my arse off trying to put this and that togerther to no avail...! And guys, I do apologise in advance knowing you have gone over & over this before!
Between all brands offering different ingredients etc... Bulking, cutting etc... There are variants to the supps needed, that is understood! Hence there cant be a RIGHT or WRONG? Rather a preferred method around it? Am I correct in saying so?
I dont want to impose or tread on any toes but I reckon if we could perhaps put together a relatively good example or maybe two of a PRE, INTRA, & POST list of supps, (not even necessarily brand related) & post it as a "sticky" or something similar that all the guys can reffer back to...? Admin, mods...??? Hope I'm not pushing my luck here, dont intend to poke a stick into a bee hive, just a thought that in the long run it might simplify the subject slightly. Everyone has their preference, but if the guys that really know what's what could put their heads together & discuss it amongst themselves & come up with a few solid examples... For a random example, DJ's write ups on diets etc, VERY usefull indeed & I keep going back to reference from it!
