After a discussion a while back with 00pump about the importance of Glutamine I went to do some research so it and IMO its one of the most important supplements you take.

I'll go look for a simple article explaining it all.

isnt it a non essential ammino acid that can be produced by the body. the only essential bcaa worth supplementing with is leucine isoleucine and valine. an excellent combo of this is found in a new product in sa called scivation xtend

From what i've seen around leucine isoleucine and valine are the big necessaries.. So surely if you taking a good BCAA supplement L glutamine is unnecessary? but i dunno, I'm still not sure about the role it plays

Here we go guys know yourself out! www.bodybuilding.com/fun/bbinfo.php?page=Glutamine

As you'll see in some of these articles that its the most abundant amino acid in the body and gets depleted through intense exercise and that's why amongst other things your muscles gets stiff.

I don't know if you drink but after a lekker night of partying take some glutamine before you go to bed and I promise you, you won't feel like absolute death the following day. But you'll still need to take in enough water otherwise your anyway gonna feel like death
