Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass

Okay so i have Been given a dog food size Bag of this from my folks as a gift and its calorie content is INSANE!!! No hold Barred opinions PLEASE!!

Give it to me and i can give you my opinion

Definitely quality stuff i wanna try!

never used the stuff before but the ratings it has on supplementworld is very good.
As for myself, its probably not something i would use every day (cutting) but definately something that comes in handy where you too busy to have a meal or two per day, take one of these instead and your good to go. Nothing raplaces a solid meal though.

prob the only mass builder worth using. I know some hardgainers who have had good results with it, but be careful of the simple sugar content. And you'd be surprised how quick that bag will disappear, the serving sizes are huge

just checked the scoop on this thing. . .its like an OMO scoop holy :ohmy: okay so i guess this bag ain;t going to last as long as i had thought. tatse's awesome. i agree with Etwa. . .nothing better than solid meals. . .this will be a good calorie filler i think. . .mind you 1200 cal is a sh%$# load!!!!!!!!!

Best weight gainer i've used.....and i have used alot - true mass by bsn...hyperbolic mass by usn...fast grow by usn.....masstech by mtech....

serious mass is the best hands down...value for money vs quality is unsurpassed....strawberry is awesome.....banana is just as nice too
