Howsit guys,

I came across this multivit StaminoGro. I've attached that write up of it below, have a read and let me know what you guys think of it. If you've used it before, how did you find it as multivit.

sounds just like the rest of the hundreds of "wonder drugs" available

I would stick with a good old MultiVitamin like Centrum and get pure Gabba from BasicSupplementsSA,

those combined do the same thing and might even work you out cheaper.

the doctor actually prescribed it to my sister to take at night to boost her immune system, but was advised to still take a proper multivit in the mornings aswell. its also quite expensive.

Useless stuff, they gave away free staminogrow at a show at the door wer i was is 2009... We got tons of it.
Dont waste ur time or money.

Hmm, based on the compounds in that supplement, it is a powerful antioxidant and has many other health effects on the body. Just like any supplement, it is only effective if you are deficient in those vitamins and minerals

Would you recommend it as a multi vit?

its currently priced at dischem for R210 for 150 caps.

I dont think i'm deficient in any of those, just looking for good multivit.

You pay for what you get. The dosage of Stamingro are not extremely high, and as a bodybuilder we deplete allot of these vitamins and minerals. So I would rather recommend something like animal pack, and if you train exceptionally hard and doing cardio and weight training, maybe even increase it to 2 packs a day.

We are waiting for basicsupplements.co.za to provide us an alternative to animal pack.

Their amino stack is pretty good. U couple that with the BCAA caps and u got a nice alternative....wil still need centrum or something with it tho.
