Anything that promotes a positive nitrogen retention in our bodies, which will enhance protein sythesis and increase protein store in the muscles will create cell volumizing effects :P

i do exactly that and do maintain a decent level of fullness its just i found when when doing cellmass i kept fullness throughout the day without feeling too bloated also when taking it post workout the pump lasted ages the only way ive had that kind off fullnes is when eating simple carbs which i try to avoid. I plan on using it on a bulk so monohydrate should be ok

dj, why cee better than creatine monohydrate? its the same mechanism. its got less water retention and doesnt need a insulin spike as much (i think),but thats it i think. and if thats not a problem...?

the main difference i find between the two is that mono gives more mass in the form of water while cee is more of a strength promoter.

What about the creatine in pre workout drinks like Muscle marinade which also contain no carbs? How would that creatine be beneficial? Also in something like gaspari's size on pre contest which is a intra workout drink?

hmm, the more and more research I am seeing the less proof their is that you need carbs to transport creatine monohydrate.
