Insomnia from Pre-workout was created by Mr_SA
I was wondering if there is anything i can take at night to help me sleep.
I know i have discussed the issue before of not being able to sleep properly.

But lately i think the problem could be my pre-workout. I have gone onto Hemo Rage Ultra Concentrate, which is pretty awesome stuff... but now am finding that i am battling to sleep.. Although i thought taking GH would help my sleeping patterns.

I tried Chamomile tea last night, but was awake at 1am, and battled to get back to bed.
I take my preworkout around 5:10pm, and go to bed around 10:20pm.

I have heard that MHP Dark Matter would help calm the preworkout down... but not sure if i wanna spend like R800 just to find it doesnt work for that.

Please help!

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

Betasleep works to a point, but your body gets used to it. Why not switch to Humatrope - I sleep like a baby on that stuff, expensive sleeping aid though, lol.

I also find phenergan to work better than BetaSleep, and it's extremely cheap. Just ask for 30 / 25mg. Take one, 30 minutes before bed, nightie night... Don't take Melatonin for too long, just to break a pattern, maybe 2 days in a row, then stop for a few. You can get it on the shelf.

Thanks guys.
Do you needs a prescription for phenergan?

I would use humatrope... but the cost would get quite hectic... @ 4iu a day.

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

No, I was only joking. Humatrope at 4iu/day would come to around R6000/month. Doubt many people can afford that.

Please don't use valium to try and sleep.. That are so many dangers to it I won't even start to mention them here.

Phenergan is one of your oldschool antihistamines, safe to give to kids, (not the 25mg the 10mg) and can be used for a long period of time. Just note the first few days you going to feel a bit drowsy in the morning so maybe go to bed a bit earlier.

You will get used to it quick.

Pump. do you know if Phenergan has any effect on up-regulating receptors for extended Heat/Clen usage?

Ey, not sure man. Would be interesting to find out though. I'll have a look into it, will take a few days to study the different drugs.

Get yourself a vapourizer and have a bag before bed, its gona be much less harmful than constantly dropping sleeping tabs. Schizandrol A post training also helps to bring you down after taking stims plus its really good for your liver.

Try allergex its not a sleeping tablet but I tried it once and poof it works great for me and my wife take 2 tablets at night after gym and just relax best thing is its very very cheap R20 for 30 tabs and it needs no prescription. Can not guarantee that it will work for you but for that price trying it won't hurt.
