I have suffered from joint pain for years, Flaxseed 6-9 a day + 3 MSM when I wake up.. Dirt cheap and starts to work in a few days.

"Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) MSM is promoted as a natural source of sulfur by the supplement and health food industry. There is no Dietary Reference Intake (DRI) or Daily Value established for sulfur. MSM is sold as a dietary supplement that is marketed with a variety of claims, and is commonly used (often in combination with glucosamine and/or chondroitin) for helping to treat or prevent osteoarthritis. The biochemical effects of supplemental methylsulfonylmethane are poorly understood. Some researchers have suggested that MSM has anti-inflammatory effects.[3][4] Any health effects of dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) may be mediated, at least in part, by MSM.[5][6] Stanley W. Jacob, M.D., of the Oregon Health and Science University, reports using MSM to treat over 18,000 patients with a variety of ailments.[7] According to one review, "The benefits claimed far exceed the number of scientific studies. It is hard to build a strong case for its use other than for treating arthritis problems."[8]" Wikipedia

Would a 3 & 6 concentrate work? I'm specifically thinking about www.vital.co . za/omega-3-and-6-concentrate

If this is adequate for joint support, how much should I take then?

Like I said flaxseed has 3 6 and 9 and works wonders and is cheap, fish oils I don't trust unless you buying the more expensive ones, you could land up with potential dangers.

Not yet. Í want to get as big as I can naturally before I get on the gear.

My knees are currently killing me. Been on SSN joint support for more than a month. It is a good composition supplement. Added cissus Q on saturdag and the pain is allready better.

Yep, cissus is excellent for joint support or tendon/ligament injuries! Every joint support supp out there seems to have glucosamine, msm or chondroitin, but cissus seems to be relatively unknown, although it is super effective. Highly recommended.

My knee's and shoulders give me endless grief as well. Tried various joint support supps. Most of them are made up of glucosamine, chondroitin and msm. Since I've started taking Omega 3 fish oil things have gotten a bit better. I must say the fish oil definitely has given me better results than anything else thus far.

Got myself some USP Labs Super Cissus today. Heard this stuff is brilliant so going to give that a bash with the fish oil and see how it goes

By far the best joint support i have uses is Cissus Q. The nutritech cissus XT is dirt cheap. I had bad knee pains while even on SSN joint support. Started adding cissus XT and pain went away within 2 weeks. Try it!

Wow, it is much cheaper than the USP labs product. Once I'm done with this (if it seems to help) I'll definitely move over to that. Thank you ABC01
