VIT B was created by jack E
I've heard that taking vit B on gear is a good idea? If I'm gonna jab it, what's a good doage to go on? And how often?

Also I guess it would pay to take both B12 and B complex right?

Thanks!!

i remember hearing that its only going to do you good if you have a vitamin b deficiency already.. can anyone else clarify that?

Anybody used B6 for Prolactin issues? If so, how did it work for you?

Ive been using 6X25mg morning and afternoon for a couple of years now. Used nice big Deca doses recently for long periods and zero prolactin sides. Cant say it works or not, but at R90 for 1000 tabs you cant go wrong.

Well with no prolactin issues with Decca, I think it might just. Where do you buy your B6 from, that sounds very cheap.
Also, do you have weird, vivid dreams with the B6?

Any pharmacy - Pyridoxine HCL - i normally get the BeeTabs one from DisChem. Strange when the same B6 costs a fortune when made up as a Vitamine. Ripoff artists again.

Cant say it affects my dreams. Been on for so long and too many variables involved. All i know is that B6 and Folic acid is my main staple and will NEVER stop them. The most benificial vitamins out there. Drop everything else before those.

Does the Folic Acid have any BB benefits? I know the usual B9 benefits on the nervous system and it lowers homocysteine (which is something I need to do) but does it have any specific benefits in the gym?

Another question about the B6 JR. I'm thinking because of it's ability to lower prolactin levels, it should have an effect on libido. Did you experience an increase in this when you started taking it. Did it lessen the refractory period after orgasms like say Dostinex does, but obviously at a somewhat lesser scale?
Just thinking about the whole prolactin thing, if it lowers it like they say, then it must have a similar effect albeit not as strong.
What do you think?

Read some articles a while back on FolicAcid/B6 etc. Just google - Amazing stuff.
As for B6 - cant say. All i know is that 4/5/6 sessions a day is not a problem for me. I'd probably manage more if given the chance.
