Hi

I have been gyming for a long time now and the only supplements i use are whey protein and glutimine sometimes.
I also keep a strict diet.

I recently attended a seminar promoting PRIME products and i was interested in 1 of the products ECDYSTEN.

What are you peoples view and experiece with ECDYSTEN.

im guessing this is the same compound as beta ecdysterone? if so i didnt feel much on it and didnt gain anything

yeah it seems to be the samething spike. Also used it in the past with no real gains or benefits.

(side note: looking very solid and big in ur avy Spike!)

Thanks bro, wish i could say i felt like that right now. Pic was a month or 2 ago and i have lost a bit since coming off that cycle and things have been a bit tough trying to finish my dissertation and stick to training and diet. Oh well, will pick it back up
