how do you guys rate it?

hey bro.
i use it intra workout. i mix it with 15 grams of vitargo and it really helps my recovery. it also has a very sweet taste so it can be diluted with a litre of water and still taste great. but the most important thing is that it has the 3 essential amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine which is key for recovery and new muscle growth.

how many scoops did you use?for my weight i will have to use 6-8 scoops...and then becomes pricey
really keen on trying this stuff,heard some great reviews in the US

they say men should use 4 scoops but i dont otherwise it becomes pricey. i use around 15grams on weight days and 10grams for fasted cardio. if i use more than 15grams it leaves a strong after taste that lasts for hours. besides i drink my whey shake staright after training and that would also have amino acids too.

how heavy are you? remember that whilst their product is great, they will always market it to sell more product by saying you need 6-8 scoops which you just gonna piss out. i use 3 scoops to a litre of water and its extremely sweet. i cant imagine using 6-8 scoops. try the watermelon flavour as well. i think its the best tasting
