Couldn't find this anywhere on the site. If there's already a discussion please steer me in the right direction.

What supplements do you guys use for off-cycle? I'm looking for something(s) that will help me maintain low BF while keeping some of the muscle gained in the Supertest/Equi/Win cycle.

Stats 29yrs old
95kgs
9% BF (thanks to DJ ;))

Thanks in advanced

PS - While on PCT libido has been an issue, any way to counter that? I've read about cyalis and the blue pill, but I'd like to hear from you guys.

you could try using a eca stack or clen to get the job done.

Sorry, maybe I should´ve given more info on my cycle.

I also did a ECA/CLEN combo during the cycle.
How healthy would it be to continue with that combo? and what about to maintain muscle mass? Any good creatine products out there?

if your pct starts at the right time, then i dont see why libido should be an issue.

supplements that i would use off cycle
whey and cassein- year round
creatine and preworkout - cycled every 4weeks on and 2 weeks off
and i would use tribulus. i hear recycle by purus is really good
zma before bedtime

Thanks Guys!

Ice, I always get reduced libido during PCT (always = 3 cycles I've donne)

Isnt Tribulus a Test Booster? Shouldn't I stop messing with test levels when off-cycle, giving the body a chance to recuperate?

I'm not a pro bb or anything, just your average joe trying to keep fit between cycles.
So there's no problem with doing CLEN/ECA for a bit more time (2 weeks each rotation) ?

Thanks, I'll see what I can get here (Im not in SA)

yes you do need to give your body a chance to recuperate however tribulus is natural test booster and wont shut you down as gear would. this could also be used to counter the libido issues you have as well post cycle. read the pct threads on this forum. the advice given there is really great. i have never had libido issues during or post cycle because i followed Admins pct to the tee.

personally i wouldnt use the clen/eca while off cycle as i want to give my body as much of a chance as possible from all compounds and let my receptors refresh as well

As far as i know, cialis/kemagra/viagra and the like are for getting your junk hard and up. I dont think they do much to boost libido?

Im open to correction...
