Food is without doubt the best muscle builder, but are you asking specifically supplement wise?

Whey mono and whole food.. tried a few bulkers and mass gainers which i really didnt feel did as great a job as making your own one.. I normally do 2 scoops whey 50g oats and a banana.. boom Mass gainer. Jack3d and mono as well... Mono works wonders for me when i am trying to put on size, probably the water
