i have used a serving. but cant really give unbiased feedback as i use muscle marinade and i am used to that. im sure if you are a first time user on a preworkout you will really feel this product. for me though it didnt provide me with a buzz that mm does. it has dextrose and a blend of creatine and is made by a reputable supp company. a took a serving from my gym partner. he uses double the serving and says it feels strong then. but why spend so much if u have to use two and three serving. i can promise you just one serving of muscle marinade does a far better job but it aint for the faint hearted. taste of the hemo rage though is great. much better than mm but if i was looking for taste i would drink a tropika or coke. if you have the bucks bud. go muscle marinade. start with half the serving to asses tolerance. but like i say, those who dont tolerate stimulants well wont like mm. gave half a serving to a friend of mine and he couldnt train as he felt sick to the gut. its really that strong
