super protein is prob normal slow release casein protein with little carbs and the whey is whey quick absorbing protein.

In my eyes, whey protein is the best and is all u need in the protein powder department. The foods in ur diet should be sufficient enough for adequate protein intake.

Therefore whey protein is ur best bet.

But im not to sure on the super protein, what does it say on the back? what is the break down prteins, carbs, fats?
